What this covers
This notice covers jnainvestments.sg and the contact details you give us through it. The calculators themselves run entirely in your browser: the figures you type into them are never sent to us, never stored, and do not leave your device unless you choose to share a scenario link or message us.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into the form asking where to send the other calculators: your email address, your mobile number, and your name if you give it. We also record which calculator or page you were on when you submitted, so we know which links are useful to you, and a short reference code derived from your email address so we can recognise you if you come back.
What you send is kept in two places: a Google spreadsheet, and a lead database, Client Manager, that kaysera, which built this site, runs for us so the team can follow up on each enquiry. The database keeps what you entered and the box you ticked, the page you sent it from, the campaign tags of the link that brought you here, and whether you arrived through a link on Facebook or Instagram. Only the team members who follow up, and kaysera as the service provider that runs the database, can see these records. Cloudflare, Google and kaysera may store or process them on servers outside Singapore.
We do not set cookies, and there is no advertising pixel on this site. We do count visits: every page carries Cloudflare Web Analytics, which shows us page views, the pages and referring sites involved, the country, the type of device and how fast the page loaded, as totals rather than as a record of you. It stores nothing in your browser, does not fingerprint you, and does not record the query string of a page address, so the figures inside a scenario link never reach it. Cloudflare, who serve the site, receive the page address, the page that linked you here and timing data from your browser for that count, and process request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and to run the anti-bot check on the form.
We also count the forms sent to our server, again with Cloudflare: for each one, the time, the page it was on, whether it went through, whether you arrived through a link on Facebook or Instagram, and the numbers of our campaign and ad and where the ad was shown when the link's tags carry them. That count holds no name, phone number, email, IP address or browser details, and we use it only to count enquiries and where they came from. On a launch project page with a sun checker, the first time you use the checker on a visit is counted the same way, with the same details and nothing more.
On a launch project page with a sun checker, the page's address keeps the stack, floor, date and time you picked after a "#", so a link to it shows the same view; that part of an address is never sent to us or to Cloudflare. If you add homes to the checker's shortlist, your browser keeps the list (stack and floor numbers only) in its local storage under a name starting "sun-shortlist:", so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your browser unless you share it yourself, and the page has a button to clear it.
What we use it for
Two things, which are the two things you agreed to when you ticked the box: sending you the links to the other calculators, and following up with you about your property plans. That follow-up may come by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside PropNex Realty Pte Ltd except the service providers named above, who keep them for us, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from our last contact with you. After that we delete it, from the spreadsheet and from the lead database alike. We do that ourselves, not automatically, so if you would rather not wait, ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Withdrawing consent, and seeing what we hold
You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you or ask us to correct it. Email sales@jnarealestate.sg and we will action it. Withdrawing consent stops future contact; it does not affect anything already sent.
If you would rather not be contacted by phone at all, say so and we will note it against your record.
