The people behind the numbers

We are an advisory and brokerage team at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, working with buyers, upgraders and investors across Singapore. Most of what we do is asset progression: moving out of an HDB flat into private property, or restructuring a portfolio that has already started. These calculators run the same arithmetic we use in a consultation, so you can check the numbers before you speak to anyone.

  Co-Founder and Director of Investments

  Leads the investment side of the business: multi-property scaling, commercial underwriting and the structural side of asset progression. He came into the industry after watching his own family lose money on property advice nobody ever explained to them, which is where the insistence on showing the working comes from.

  Evelyn Kang

  Team Leader

  Heads her own team across consumer sales and investment advisory. A good deal of her week goes into training, bringing new agents through while they are still sitting their exams. She came to property from a corporate career at Singapore Airlines.

  Investments Team Lead

  Leads the investments team and the mass-market side, after more than a decade in the Singapore market. She works mostly on prime residential and landed homes, and takes an advisory-first line: long-term positioning ahead of a reason to transact today.

  Works with individuals and families on portfolio strategy: what to hold, what to move and when to move it. He came into real estate from a technology sales career, and argues from the data rather than from instinct.
